Payment terms are agreed in the sales contract. Methods may include bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or other secure international payment arrangements as agreed.
Yes. Once goods are dispatched, we provide the relevant shipping documentation and tracking or vessel/airway details where applicable.
Buyers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims must be submitted in writing within the agreed timeframe and supported with appropriate documentation (photos, reports, etc.).
